Jump Fitness was founded in Jacksonville Florida and we moved to St Petersburg in 2014.  Jump Fitness's owner Jeff Pope trains all ages and fitness levels .

This quote from Tony Robbins pretty much sums up life in general. Change is unavoidable in life. It's what move us forward, toward bigger and better things. Many people are able to take change in stride and adjust to it well, and others may even welcome life changes with open arms in excitement of something new and different.
Tricks and tips to organize workouts and always have a plan even if you are a new exerciser.  
The plan:
1. You need to learn how to foam-roll,  proper weightlifting form, to change your weightlifting program at least every 3 weeks, understand that nutrition and weights = tone bodies, and understand the cause and effect of cardio exercises. 
The order of exercise I suggest is: warm up with foam rolling, lift weights (abs before or after) & cardio after
2. You need to workout 4-5 times a week, this week, next week, next month and always.   But if you understand how it works, dare I say.... it will become Fun.  You can find endless programs on google, YouTube & Pintrest.  The KEY is, as time goes on you keep working out week after week, you keep getting better, you will have new questions for your new body that needs new workouts to keep you inching and inching toward your goals.  
THAT is why you need a personal trainer to field those questions over time.  You more then likely don't need a trainer all the time but you need one on a constant basis over a 6 month- 2 year period.  Once you know fitness you will always know. ​
